Air Con Sales, Service and Repairs
We provide either Portable or Fixed Air Conditioning Units for residential properties.
Airtech Air Conditioning specialise in the supply and installation of Domestic Air Conditioning Units for homes.
We undertake installations of all types of homes ranging from the modest mobile home
to the likes of the mansion houses featured on top television programmes ! Our works
are mainly undertaken in Central London down to the South Coast.
Air Conditioning
Systems can be provided to cover a single room or the complete building. Please call
our installation department for friendly advice and to arrange a no obligation quotation.
Prices range per room between £295.00 + VAT for a basic portable unit to around £2000.00
+ VAT for a Wall Mounted Fixed System and up to £6000.00 + VAT for a Concealed Ducted
System. Due to demands of cheap air conditioning units we can offer reconditioned
ac systems.
More than one room can be air conditioned by connecting 2 or more indoor
units to a single external unit.
Note
For Inverter Driven Heat Pump Air Conditioning
(Cooling and Heating) systems these attract a reduced VAT charge of 5% on supplied
and fitted prices. This is a government incentive to encourage people to install
energy efficient equipment with high ’COP’s helping to reduce the Carbon Foot Print.
