GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.    The above price/s are exclusive of Value Added Tax and  it is therefore a condition of this quotation that Value Added Tax shall be added at the current rate of 17.5%.

2. The above price/s are based on current day prices and as such can only be held open for a period of 60 days (subject to availability). Thereafter, we reserve the right to reconsider this quotation.

3. We have not included any discount to any Main Contractor, or Builder, should you consider placing the order in this manner.

4. No Public Authority Approvals, Landlords Consent or Planning Permission, (if required), have been progressed by our Company. We will assist you at no extra cost to obtain any permission should they be required.

5. We have excluded all Electrical Mains Supply Wiring. However, as mentioned we can do this work utilising a local electrical contractor.

6 Included in our price is the setting up of the air conditioning plant and a Warranty for a period in accordance with the manufacturer (subject to regular servicing by Airtech Service & Maintenance Limited)

7.    Following completion of the installation to your satisfaction, we would require that the account be settled within 14 days from the date of our invoice, subject to a credit account being held with Airtech Air Conditioning Services Limited.

8.    TITLE FOR THE GOODS DOES NOT PASS FROM AIRTECH AIR CONDITIONING SERVICES LIMITED TO THE PURCHASER UNTIL THE INVOICE SUM IS PAID IN FULL.
